This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Franconia Getaway Chalet

The Getaway Chalet is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, family-friendly house close to Cannon Mountain in Franconia. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Lounge on the deck with mountain and lake view or hike the trails on our 68 acres to the Gold Mine Trail. With a full kitchen, fine china, new shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, electric fireplaces, and two workspaces, this dog-friendly luxury cottage has it all! Adjacent guest house available for larger groups.

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

Enter into the living/kitchen area with a comfy sleeper sofa to relax in front of the wood burning fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen is complete with stove and oven, refrigerator and all your basics. Walk into the bedroom with a queen size bed and rocker. Curl up with a book and listen to the brook babble by the cabin.
