In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station. With private access from Rosefield Street, the hallway leads upstairs to the main spacious and light open plan living, dining and bedroom area with separate shower room. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.
