This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Quiet neighborhood with many families living in the area. Fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Two bedrooms with one beutiful master bedroom. Beautiful living room with fire place. One porch at both sides of the house with furniture and a green garden at the back. 15 min by metro to Stockholm central but still you have a huge national park outside the backdoor with beautiful nature and a lot of lakes where you can swim. A Restaurant with in 2 min walk.

Leksaker och gunga finns för de små.
