The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, providing comfort during colder months.

Detta mysiga dubbelrum erbjuder en lugn miljö nära Mälaren — perfekt för en avslappnande vistelse. Njut av promenadstigar nära vattnet och vacker miljö, samtidigt som det lätt går att ta sig in till Stockholms innerstad via buss och tunnelbana. Please note that the room has no windows. In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

It also has a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area. Two bedrooms have single beds, with the third being a twin room. The bright, tiled bathroom features underfloor heating and a shower, adding an extra touch of comfort.
