Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.
