Nestled at the foot of the South Downs is our luxury, eco-friendly lodge, set in its own private garden on our small organic nursery. Just a few mins walk to South Downs, 15 mins walk to local village with pub, eateries & shops, 30 mins walk to beach. The beauty of this location is that you feel away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet you are still close to many lovely towns and villages such as Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester, Brighton with very good public transport links.

South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Dairy is a beautifully converted, original farm dairy in a very quiet, rural area - yet only 5 minutes drive from a village & 15 mins from Horsham. Knepp Castle close by - a great bird watching area. Vaulted beamed ceilings lit with spotlights and very comfortably appointed. A granite dining area, sofa, armchair, table with large flat screen TV.
