Morning coffee on the porch, quiet evenings at the fire pit, and sightings of deer passing through the property. Path cut through the grass to explore the ground behind the home. April 2024 replaced whole home H2O well filtration system! Dine alfresco w/ lighted pavilion, grill, wet bar, pinic table nxt to fire pit. Draw/paint on picnic tbl! Boat ramp on Duck River nxt to the entry gate provides access-BYOB. 5 min. to Loretta Lynn's or the Buffalo river!

Cabin on Scenic Farm

Hunt House Cabin: Dogwood Springs Farm & Cabins. If you are visiting Stewart County, this 3-bedroom barndominium is immaculate and truly affordable. It sets on top of one the highest peaks in county with a spring-fed pond at the bottom of the hill with hiking trails. Enjoy the fireplace, fire pit & spacious patio. No cameras. Relax & watch the horses! Boat parking is available. Only 2 miles to boat dock. 1-mile to Cross Creeks. We’ve added a scavenger hunt to make the experience adventurous.

The Parker House

The Parker House is a little cottage, wonderfully situated near water and LBL in Dover, TN. A spacious home boasting a large yard with a covered carport and additional parking for vehicles and boats. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (more with a pullout mattress and couch recliners), 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Our centralized location has beautiful views, easy access to restaurants, recreation, and scenic drives. Approx. 5 mins to (4) boat docks, 45 mins to Clarksville, TN & 2 hrs to Nashville, TN.

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway, fishing weekend, TVA outage workers. KY Lake, Danville Boat Dock and Houston County Airport are conveniently located 7 miles from Brooks Cottage. A short drive to Land Between The Lakes, Paris Landing State Park, Montgomery Bell State Park, and Fort Donelson National Park.

Black Eagle Retreat

Black Eagle Retreat is an 1800 sq foot luxury chalet nestled atop of a two acre hillside with 180 degree views of Kentucky Lake.
