We get our unique name because we are located near the Jimmerson Lake Dam. Nestled in Nevada Mills. THIS IS NOT A LAKESIDE PROPERTY. We do NOT have a private boat slip. However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. The Airbnb is attached to our business Anchors Aweigh Pontoon Rentals which is located on the property. We areYour space will be private and comfortable. Lake front home in Angola, Indiana. Easy access to 80/90 toll road and I-69. Minutes away from Pokagon State Park, where you can take hell's point challenge and toboggan, multiple wineries, and great restaurants. About 1 hr. from Notre Dame University. The lake house is 30 ft. from the second basin of Crooked Lake. Crooked Lake offers great fishing! 2 adult Viper kayaks are available for use at the waterfront. From Memorial Day to Labor day there is a 17ft. water trampoline.

Autumn is our favorite season here! Sip on a cup of coffee, and relax in your peaceful private getaway decorated for fall. This one-of-a-kind former 1902 post office that was converted into a stay. Surrounded by rolling farms fields and located at the Mill District. Guests are in awe when they arrive and see how beautiful the grounds are. Feel free to explore the grounds and bring your photographer (No sitting fee). Great peaceful location with a short drive to clear lake.

Well appointed Chef’s kitchen stocked with all of your culinary needs. We offer private cooking classes and during the summer historical boat tours on Lake James. While this could just be a cozy place to crash for a night, it can also be a private cooking class followed by a relaxing sunset cruise on Lake James.
