Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Launch kayaks onsite & paddle up the Moose River (May-September). Wildlife sightings of Moose , Sandhill Cranes, Eagles, Swans, Snowshoe Hares, and many types of Ducks and Loon. Welcome to our charming rental in Sterling, Alaska, nestled on the scenic Moose River. This getaway is perched upstairs & offers the perfect balance of tranquility & comfort, with its serene setting & convenient amenities. Although this rental is attached to our house, you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. One of the standout features of our rental is the large deck that overlooks the River. This 2 bedroom rental is tastefully furnished, providing a welcoming space to relax & unwind.

Zenith Sterling Cabin

Relax at our NEW peaceful cabin in the woods. Space is turnkey includes 1 bedroom and loft, both w/ queen beds. The closest stay to Skilak lake loop for all of your hiking, fishing and outdoor adventures. Additionally it is the closest stay on this side to the Russian. When your day of Alaskan adventures comes to an end, return, cook dinner in the full kitchen, spend the evening lounging fireside in our outdoor space and finish off with a relaxing soak in the indoor jetted jacuzzi tub.

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!

Secluded Rustic Home

Great little cabin for your Alaskan getaway! 10 minutes from great fishing at Bings Landing, 10 minutes from Soldotna, and only a couple minutes off of the highway. This cabin is great for your fishing, hunting or romantic getaway. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, a washer and dryer and WiFi. This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Coho Cabin was built in 2017, based upon the dream of an Alaskan fisherman. We wanted to provide a comfortable place for fisherman and their families, not to mention for those that relish in all of the other amazing outdoor activities there is to offer. The magnificent views of the Kenai River coupled with the proximity of so many recreational activities, the Coho Cabin is the ideal place for a Kenai Peninsula Retreat.
