La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Dalla stalla alle stelle

Ai confini del Parco Regionale del Beigua, circondata da un bosco di castagni, si trova questa stalla in pietra, ristrutturata conservando totalmente la sua struttura originaria. Ci troviamo a Stella San Martino, a soli 9km dalle spiagge di Varazze, Celle ed Albisola. Luogo ideale per il relax, ha anche una posizione strategica per conoscere il territorio: oltre al mare della Riviera Ligure, vari sentieri nelle vicinanze offrono la possibilità di fare escursioni di trekking e mountain bike.

La Bancarella

In Via Parissolo 12 - Stella, 10 minuti di auto dal borgo e lungomare di Celle Ligure, "La Bancarella" è una casetta con vista panoramica e ampio spazio esterno. Ingresso con cucina completa di elettrodomestici (salvo la lavastoviglie), soggiorno con divano letto + letto singolo, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Nel giardino ci sono un angolo solarium, tettoia con zona pranzo e forno a legna in pietra. Al piano superiore camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite e cabina armadi.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)
