Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

A lovely and quiet place to escape from routine. Beaches of the photos are 5&10 mins walk by foot,Mini market 5min,15 mins driving from airport and 15 km from Chania town. We provide you full beach equipment(towels,umbrellas,little fridge)to enjoy swimming in our beautiful & clean sea. At the central Square you can taste nice meals with fish and traditional food at the restaraunts. The bus station is outside of the house. Loft with amazing view on the beach - Chania

The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

Antonia Traditional Estate, a brand new fully equipped estate, designed with Venetian characteristics is located in the heart of the Old Town of Chania ( just 1’ away from the city center). Stay toe-dipping distance from the ocean in this bright seaside home, tucked into a small bay. The house is 5 km from Chania, and an easy walk to the bars and restaurants of 'Kato Galatas-Kalamaki.' This is my happy place and I hope it will be yours.
