Situated on a peaceful sunny hillside with stunning sea & woodland views, overlooking our 6 acre valley brimming with wildlife,deer, badgers,rabbits & birds of prey 2 pub/restaurants a short stroll away, one on harbour waterfront with its 450yr old history The beautiful coastline is at your fingertips with boat trips, scenic rail trips, real ale & seafood a plenty. **There's a slope from the carpark to bungalow gate please see photo to confirm suitability for you Note we Do Not provide Towels.

Lapwings

Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

A fully self-contained ground floor annexe with dedicated parking in front of your accommodation & suitable for anyone with restricted mobility. Bed linen, towels & toiletries are provided. Comprises of a Kitchen, Hall, large Lounge, large Bedroom with King Size bed, Bathroom, Laundry room/Cloak room & a large Patio area to the rear. The kitchen is well equipped with a Halogen Double Oven, Air Fryer, Microwave,Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine & Fridge. There is WIFI throughout the annexe.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Marina hideaway on the Exmouth Coast, with parking

On Exmouth Marina, a 1 minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The ground floor flat has 2 double bedrooms and a large family shower room. There is a TV, sofa and desk in one bedroom, and a kitchenette and dining table in the other. Large cupboard with hanging rail and drawers. Courtyard for guest use to the front. Dog-friendly. Parking on site for one car. The cleaning fee includes professional deep clean and laundry of all bedding, towels and bath mats.
