The 13,000 sq ft property tucked in at the base of the San Jacinto mountains features a pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, boccie ball court, outdoor dining area, and star gazing deck. (Palm Springs City ID #3913) This entire home, grounds, patios, pool & spa is for your full use during your stay. We just ask that you do not use the garage for anything except accessing the laundry. The free BUZZ bus runs Thursday to Sunday, picking up in front of the Ace Hotel and traveling all over downtown Palm Springs. Lyft and Uber are your simplest options for getting around. Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.
