These villas are located on the ground and 2nd floor and have wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes complete with kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The resort has a pool, hot tub & toddler pool. Sunset Gecko Condos are oceanfront 2-bedroom 2-bath units, located in a high end 4 unit complex on Sunset Point Drive in Placencia Village. Sunset Point is a prime quiet location in the Village offering ocean front on one side and the Placencia canal on the other side. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the huge, connected verandas. Two bedrooms are loft spaces accessed by spiral staircases. Access to the condo requires three flights of stairs (no elevator).

A comfortable, second-floor condo with beautiful sea and garden views. Unit 221 is exceptionally family-friendly, featuring a master King bed and a second bedroom with a Queen bed plus a convertible system for two twin beds, accommodating up to six guests. Enjoy the community pool, hot tub, and private pier. Access to this condo is via two flights of steps only (no elevator).

This 2,600 sq. ft villa is located on the upper floor, it has an amazing veranda that overlooks our beach and the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a half bathroom in the living room. Stairs Access is required for this villa.
