Dockside Dreams

Welcome to Dockside Dreams, your year-round retreat on the shores of Sebago Lake. This thoughtfully updated Maine cottage is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Inside, you'll find warm wood finishes, exposed beams, and an open-concept layout that creates a cozy yet spacious feel. Large windows and sliding doors bring in beautiful natural light and open to a lakeside deck, offering sweeping views of Sebago Lake with your own dock for boating, swimming, and waterfront fun!

Sebago Lake Cottage | Rare Private Beach & Views

Your private beachfront getaway on Maine's pristine Sebago Lake—with one of the rarest amenities on the water: a fully private sandy beach, no association, no sharing, usable all season even in high-water years when many Sebago beaches disappear underwater. Gorgeous lake views, stunning sunrises, cozy updated interior, and AC/heat in every room. Summer season (mid-June–Sept 4) is Sat-to-Sat rental. Sebago Retreat is a non-smoking, no-pet property. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

The Loon's Nest Cottage

Located only 30 minutes from Portland this adorable and cozy cottage sits 10 feet from Watchic Lake. Listen to the loons all day, paddle to an island, stare at the glassy lake from the breakfast nook, swim forever, read a book in the screened-in porch or toast marshmallows in the firepit, whichever it may be you'll simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private Maine lake house nestled in the woods. Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
