Welcome aboard our vintage houseboat at the Berry Creek Marina. Aptly named "A SHORE BET" this cozy 36'x12' Thunderbird houseboat is moored in our clear stocked pond alongside our 48' dock and will take you on an adventure of waterborne living without the hassle. Your boat harbors a queen bed, full bed, full galley, head (bathroom for landlubbers), sleeping-cuddy, saloon, futon and a raised bridge with literally all the bells and whistles. Off to itself it offers a beautiful view of the 270 Y/O Goliath oak overshadowing our Treehouse cabin. There's triple bunk beds and a full bed in this one room cabin with covered and open deck areas to enjoy nature. A small full bath and kitchenette should handle your needs. Designed for 4-5 guests this is our latest of 7 cabins.

There's an 8 x 14 covered front porch and an open 12 x 14 back porch leading down to the creek. It is 400 sq. ft. of living area with a futon in living rm. Designed for up to 4 people this quaint cabin should aspire to couples and our budget minded guests.

It is accessed via a stairway to walk under a covered deck over looking one of our ponds. enter into a cedar queen bedroom suit, then there is a hall bathroom going into a combination living room, kitchen, with an additional knee wall beds. No pets or young children please as it is over the owners house.
