Bell House

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!

The Lodge

Welcome to our private second-story suite! Situated above a quiet, professional HVAC shop, this unit offers elevated views of the surrounding greenery and peaceful atmosphere. Access to the upper floor is through a shared main entrance that leads to 2 independent units. Each unit occupies its own side of the building, ensuring total privacy and your own exclusive space once inside. As this is a working HVAC shop during the day, you may see some equipment in the area outside.

The Carriage House at Historic Nomini Hall Farm.

80 acres of historic farmland.Originally owned by Robert “Councilor” Carter III, grandson of Robert “King” Carter I. Dwelling sits behind original house site. Currently a working farm,owned by direct Carter descendants. Cemetery of enslaved people of Nomini Hall within 400 yards. Studio on the Bay.

This studio apartment is in walking or driving distance to three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet. The living room has a pull out full size bed and a kitchenette. Coffee, teas, beach chairs, are provided. Wanna fish??? Ask Joey about Fish Taxi! Fifteen minutes from Solomons Island (home of the Tiki Bar). An hour or so from DC, Annapolis and Waldorf.

Historical St Mary's County has great things to offer, from fishing and boating to winery's, fresh markets and much more!

The Artist Studio

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Artist Studio is a private two-story dream retreat, offering an open floor plan with kitchenette and bathroom. The second floor is flushed with light for working, creating, or meditating. You will share the outdoor space which includes green space, a deck and private pier. Guests can also share access to the laundry room.
