Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape located at the historic Lazy River Playground. You can enjoy an evening fire, walk the nature trails or sit by the river. The cabin is insulated and has heat and electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms close by with an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Roller skating and mini golf available seasonally. Close to SLU

Grace Clark House

The Grace Clark House is a renovated old farmhouse with an open floor plan surrounded by meadows and woods. The Saint Regis River is just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. We ask guests to conserve water.

Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, offering a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. Welcome to our Riverside Camper! Enjoy a peaceful getaway tucked alongside the St. Lawrence River in this romantic, cozy, 1 bedroom camper that sleeps up to 5. Take a walk down the dock to the picturesque views of Canada, dine on the spacious deck, or kayak from the stone beach. Your stay will include access to the river and riverside through the property down a small gravel road. Positioned upon the hill, the camper and deck space give way to beautiful sunset views.

Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
