The Tiny House sits on 3/4 acres. You will feel the tranquility of this magical property and only 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the Historic Downtown. The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

H2O Weekender

The H2O Weekender is the ultimate beach teeny tiny 120 sq ft house equipped with modest amenities. An adventurous pair will enjoy the H2O glamping experience. Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

Palm Gate Cottage Guesthouse

Cozy, tiny cottage located in historic Lincolnville. Built in 2016 and privately set behind our historic Palm Gate Cottage, this tiny jewel is ready to welcome guests. A short (12 or so minutes) walk to all that historic St. Augustine has to offer year-round, this private retreat on a quiet street is ideal. Off street parking for one vehicle inside our gate, private entrance to back yard where the tiny cottage retreat awaits. Self check-in using key pad access.

A 7 minute drive to Vilano beach! We are in a quiet and charming neighborhood.
