A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . Bay View sits above the road looking across George’s Bay. The shack is a sun filled space with two living areas. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outside has private views to the bay. An outdoor cabana, pizza oven, firepit and bbq area make an ideal space to enjoy an evening meal. The town is a short 5 minute drive, or a lovely 30 minute walk along the bay. Surf beaches, dive spots, MTB tracks and National Parks are all within close proximity.

Access is via the rock stairs at the front of the property. Unwind by the fire pit with the waves as your soundtrack at Tasmania’s stunning East Coast.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open the French doors that lead onto the deck and take in the magnificent far reaching views of Medea Cove , dense forest and the beautiful rolling hills behind St Helens . The kitchen has everything you will need if you wish to cook . There is a 2 burner gas cooker , small oven and microwave. A deep spa and a powerful shower awaits you in the super flash bathroom . The bedroom has a comfy queen bed , wardrobe and TV .

Colchis Creek Townhouse is located within walking distance to the main street of St Helens, close to all the action like mountain bike tracks, fishing, shopping or enjoying local food and wine. Colchis Creek offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, lounge and dining area, laundry, two bathrooms and an outdoor area with BBQ facilities. Colchis Creek Townhouse is close to several restaurants and cafes. Great space for families or a number of couples travelling together.

Muka in Akaroa.

Muka in Akaroa. A quiet little surf shack set on the edge of Akaroa, in a sleepy cul-de-sac just minutes away from Beer Barrel beach and Peron Dunes. Built back in '72 a once seafoam green shack has undergone a loving restoration. Keeping some nostalgic touches, the barn doors and surfboard were made using the old bunk beds from the original shack, a light and airy space has been created to entertain friends and family, a home away from home.
