Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Gurnet Summer Home "Beau Sejour"

Welcome to Beau Sejour. Authentic Maine property with two brand new balcony’s overhanging the ocean. Attached to the lower balcony includes a staircase- offering direct access to water/beach. Set on 7.5 acres of fields, woods, & gardens we are off the main road. Take a 4 minute stroll down a wooded path to our private beach on Maquoit Bay. Swim, fish, hunt for driftwood, or sit by the sea & listen to the waves. We feel this property affords a quiet and relaxing oasis.

Islesboro Boathouse

The Boathouse is on Gilkey Harbor with western views over the Camden Hills and spectacular sunsets. Full use of dock directly in front of the boathouse. Full beachfront access & many acres to explore! LGBT friendly. Harbor tour can be arranged at an additional cost.
