Great place for those wanting right on the outside of town. Magnolia Homestead does not allow gatherings of more than 5 people without prior approval. Our cleaning fee takes into account for 5 people, not 7-10. **We love hosting visitors and do not allow persons renting our home to host any type of “after party”, such as for groomsmen/bride

Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! It’s heated by a wood stove (wood is provided) and cooled by window units. Go back in time to a simpler way of life and find a love for nature again. Enjoy walking through pastures or splashing in the creek. This property is private, peaceful and full of life. Deer regularly visit the southern pasture at dusk.

Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.

This is a great space for a family looking to escape the busyness of life and give the kids a hands on farm experience. Guests can roam around on their own or tag along as we do our daily chores and learn about all of the different animals. There is a pond that you can fish, canoe, kayak, or paddle boat in. We also have a fire pit, above ground pool, and even a chapel to give you the relaxing getaway that we all need from time to time.
