In the winter, there is ample parking for your snowmobile trailer and access from the property to the lake trail. Unfortunately, this exceptionally clean abode does not allow pets.

There are two living rooms, 1 with a queen fold out bed. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Open concept living room (14X11) with queen size sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.
