Our beautifully fully-renovated 1905 home is located in the historic Washburne District near downtown restaurants, shops and U of O. It is a gorgeous two-story home with 3 beds, 2 baths, and an office/work-space with a sunny front porch and a large, shaded back yard. It is ideal for a small group of up to 6 people- tweens and older. We provide high-speed internet (400Mbps) and a large screen tv with Netflix near a cozy pot-belly stove.

Our beautiful 2 bedroom house is nestled in the heart of the Whiteaker neighborhood. A bustling and eccentric urban area in Eugene that is packed with breweries and restaurants . It's also close to downtown, Autzen stadium, Hayward field, Sweet Life and the river. There is also a small cottage on the property 20 feet from the house, that is sometimes rented with other Airbnb guests, but currently has a property caretaker in it.
