Our little house is situated on an acre & a half of land surrounded by wetlands and woods yet minutes from local colleges and amenities. Enjoy the beautiful night sky while relaxing by the fire pit. Or take in the woodland view from your deck with your morning coffee and yoga workout (mat provided). Deer, turkeys, bunnies, & many native birds are regular visitors. Wake up to the morning sun over the lake in the loft, or rise after the sun in one of the two back bedrooms. Enjoy a morning coffee or tea while enjoying the lake view from the live edge bar top overlooking the water and watch for the Swans, Bald Eagles, and Blue Herons. After a hike on the trails, kayaking up the lake into conservation land, or fishing off the dock, relax in the hot tub. As the sun sets over the trees cuddle up on the couch with a good book and keep an ear out for the owls.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)
