Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

At the same time, we are situated in a peaceful wooded area on several acres of land, providing a secluded and natural environment for our guests to enjoy. Wing-Watcher's Paradise is where you will enjoy watching airplanes fly overhead from the hot tub.

It's a 6 min drive to Gonzaga University, and Holy Family Hospital. Downtown is 10 min away.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
