Velkommen til min leilighet i et fredelig og moderne boligområde i Spjelkavik. Med et mylder av stier og turmuligheter rett utenfor døren er dette et ideelt utgangspunkt for friluftsinteresserte. Moa-området, med sine butikker og kafeer, ligger bare en 15 minutters spasertur unna, og det er også gode bussforbindelser til Ålesund sentrum. Matbutikker finner du kun fem minutter unna til fots. For familier med barn er det verdt å nevne at både barneskole, stadion og barnehage ligger like ved.

Leiligheten passer for mange typer gjester: par som ønsker en rolig helgetur, familier på besøk, eller personer på jobbopphold i området. Det er kort vei til både lysløyper og fjellområder for ski og friluftsliv. Sentrum ligger ca. 10 min unna med bil. Selv om kollektivtilbudet er godt, anbefaler vi bil.
