There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

All 6,000 sqft of the original 1949 Motlow Creek Schoolhouse has been renovated for a nostalgic stay, reminiscent of your childhood. We offer an indoor pickleball court! (for those competitive pickleball fanatics, please know our court does not have sidelines!). This home is wheelchair accessible.
