With views of Weather Lamb and The Old Man of Coniston, The Cottage is the perfect place to relax, take in the views and get away from it all. With the Cumbrian Way and footpaths located near to the property, enthusiastic walkers can explore the stunning countryside, pet the goats and sheep and enjoy Coniston Water, which is only a few miles from The Cottage.

Our charming cottage is situated in the hamlet of Newland just 2.3 miles from Ulverston, with pubs, restaurants, and local amenities,. The Lakes are only 15 mins away too. The perfect stay for lovers of the great outdoors, cozy evenings in front of the log burner, or summer evenings in the large garden or BBQ area. The cottage is dog friendly too. Stunning woodland walk ways into Ulverston to the rear of the property, and riverside and beach walks nearby with excellent cycle routes close by

With local bus and train services close by it makes a perfect base to explore the Lakes and surrounding areas.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

A luxurious hot tub and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower are available but charged separately on request. Art classes and treatments also available.

High Bridge End cottage is an attractive stone built Lakeland property, set in the heart of the Duddon Valley. Situated directly on the banks of the picturesque River Duddon, surrounded by the National Park Southern Fells. Set in the fabulous Woodland valley close to Coniston. Fell View Cottage is the perfect place to relax, & unwind . The cottage has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable living room & a fully equipped kitchen. We allow a maximum of 4 guests including children.
