This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, KS has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

Luxury cedar yurt built in 2019. It's ideal for a peaceful getaway in Eureka Springs. We used locally sourced black walnut throughout the yurt. Nice views through 5 large picture windows from the king-size Purple mattress bed or the double recliner leather couch. The bathroom has a petrified wood sink and a large walk-in shower. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Private hot tub on a large deck to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. Short drive to town.

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
