“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.
