Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Conveniently located on Highway 42 with easy access to Winston, the Wildlife Safari and Roseburg (10 - 15 minutes) to the east and the Oregon coast-Coos Bay and Bandon (just 1.5 hours) to the west.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

McKenzie Bridge River House near Sahalie Falls

Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Enjoy amazing beach access and epic ocean views at this charming seaside home. Stroll down the boardwalk and explore one of Oregon's most amazing beaches or sit back on the patio and enjoy the epic ocean views, hot tub and fireplace. This cozy home sleeps 6 with with 2 king size beds, a queen sleeper sofa, has 2 full baths, dining area over looking the ocean and fireplace. The Beach House at Spirit Cove will be a place of lasting Oregon Coast memories for you and your friends and family.

Yurt on the Applegate

hot tub currently out of order as of Christmas eve. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.

It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
