With all modern amenities( including modern plumbing with filtered drinking water from an artisian well) this unique traditional Newfoundland loft with modern touches is all about the location and view. This outport community is known for its community spirit and hospitality. The Fox Island trail goes by the Sealoft. William is a superhost and the reviews speak volumes.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
