the forest chalet - Sondagskloof

Built from Larch & Spruce cured to a dark finish, this secluded one bed-roomed chalet blends into the surrounding Poplar forest nestled next to a running stream. A King size bed, a luxurious bathroom with sliding door onto deck for a indoor/outdoor shower experience. The living-room/ kitchen is stylishly furnished & is fully equipped, with under counter fridge & gas hob, and a wood burning fireplace. Big picture windows & sliding doors open onto the deck, drawing the peaceful forest inside.

Acacia lodge,Lake Kariba

Acacia lodge sits along the shores of Lake Kariba full of wildlife and fantastic fishing on your doorstep. It is in a complex with security provided. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps six . The lodge is self-catering so you will need to bring all your food with you.Amenities include aircon ,fans ,washing machine ,barbeque and back up generator .It is serviced daily and all cooking is done by the chef. There is a splash pool at the lodge for those hot Kariba months.

An elegant, newly renovated cottage, ideal for a couple, Elfen Cottage is situated in the center of town but is off the main road in a quiet area. The living area has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering. Beautiful cottage with views of the Tsitsikamma mountain range. Perfect for sunrise, sunset, stargazing and bird watching. Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.

Perched on the edge of the picturesque dam, Coot- and Bullrush Cottage sit alongside each other with spectacular views of the Langeberg Mountains. About an hour and a half from Cape Town, near the Nuy valley, Amandalia farm is home to Saggy Stone Brewery and now 6 unique A-Frame cottages situated within a private nature reserve. Another 2 stone cottages complete the bouquet of accommodation.

You’ll love my place because of the location and atmosphere, the people, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Ostrich Cottage is one of 6 unique units set in scenic surroundings.

Vine Cottage

This cottage is perfect for two adults, offering a comfortable and intimate retreat. It features a dining area and a full kitchen, there is a TV and fireplace in the Lounge. Relax by the warmth of the fire or unwind in the wood-fired hot tub. (Due to the fact that this is a working farm unfortunately not suitable for children and infants)
