Fabulous riverfront location only 1 Hour from Perth. Complete with all the mod cons you will need. Wake up to the serenity of the Murray river. Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. Ah the serenity.

Take a relaxing stroll down the beach, swim, surf or just enjoy the amazing sunsets or many dolphin watching opportunities. Short walk to Tods cafe (6 minutes) for great meals and coffee. Easy trip to Margaret River (3 hrs). Parking for boats & caravans. Quiet, central location, perfect base to explore Mandurah, Perth & the South West.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet location, open-plan living, completely fitted out kitchen, outdoor space with undercover alfresco area including BBQ and all linen provided.
