My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Peaceful and centrally located in the rural town of Putaruru. 400m off SH1. 7 minutes drive from Blue springs. 10 min walk from bus stop. 10 min walk to town. 10 min drive to timber museum. Your own space downstairs separate to the main house. Heat and eat only, no kitchen sink. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, continental breakfast for your first morning. Queen bed, 50" TV, Please park beside the B&B sign, not in front of the garage. If arriving in two cars please let me know.

In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.
