The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Boutique Hotel Suites up to 8 people -Min to Beach

Beach Fantasy Apartment Hotel is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, on the main street, walking distance to the beach, all attractions, shops, restaurants, and all entertainment areas. The Hotel offers 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchen, living room, 2 full baths, with a capacity of up to 8 people per unit. You and your kids can also enjoy many Old Orchard Beach attractions like the Beachfront Palace Playland Park, which is the only beachfront amusement parkland much more.

The room is defined in character by the large imperial rug. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

2 Bedroom Townhouse - The Harraseeket Inn

Our two-bedroom townhouses are located toward the back of our property, along a beautiful treelined path right in the heart of Freeport Village. These are perfect for a quick trip for a family or couple who would like the extra space while enjoying the Inn or ideal for long-term stays. Several of our townhouses are pet friendly. All townhouses are two floors, with all bedrooms located on the second floor. All townhouses have one bathroom located on the second floor.

Historic Queen Room in Boutique Hotel

Located throughout the second and third floors of the building, our Historic Queen rooms feature an inviting queen bed fitted with French bedsheets and Cuddledown quilts and pillows. Highlighting original, historic elements of the building, these rooms each boast a unique floor plan and offer plenty of space for guests to stretch out after a day of exploring Portland. Bathrooms are complete with glass-enclosed standing showers and spa-like amenities.

Charming 2-Bedroom Apartment in Historic Inn

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Junior Suite in Boutique Hotel

Our Junior Suite boasts over 450 sqft and is located on the top floor for ultimate privacy. Historical eves create a cozy feel that'll keep you in bed long past sunrise. Take advantage of all The Francis has to offer and order breakfast and bed delivered directly to your room from the nationally acclaimed Tandem Coffee and Bakery. Haven by the Sea – Room 9 | Deluxe King

Located on the Second floor, you will find yourself in a wonderful king-sized bed with custom bedspreads and warm wool rugs for that feeling of added luxury. All of the rooms are uniquely decorated and offer wonderful lighting and comfortable chairs that add an elegant touch. Each room is individually themed with matching furniture and rich, beautiful colors throughout for your guest room retreat.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
