Must be 25 and older to book during springbreak/Our waterfront cottage, which has access through the laguna madre channel- out to SPI, is the perfect place to get away, fish in the dock and relax! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath (plus sofa- bed), large deck, pet area and fishing dock offer comfortable space for families to enjoy time. Long Island Village offers pools, a gym, security, and more to go with your experience. Disclosure: there is a $94 resort fee by Long Island Village (included in the price)

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

South Padre Island Condo Gulf Point 1209

Apartment near the beach (walkway to the beach), accommodating up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals, and the large living room is perfect for entertaining guests. With 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom. Pool wristbands are available for an additional fee per stay, payable at the office. Prices: $10 each. $20 each during holidays, holiday weekends, and from June 1 to August 7. $35 each during march.
