Birds singing, a chorus of frogs, and a wild rooster’s crow are just some of the “sounds of the jungle” that will surround you. The cottage sits between two beautiful bays that host some of the best snorkeling of the Hawaiian Islands.

Coffee Farm Retreat

This is Hawaii farm country, not your suburban street with lights and sidewalks. 100 people will visit, 99 love it, one person will complain about the road. Not for everyone. The best views in Kona, quiet, plenty of room. Out of the way, but not isolated. Two bed rooms and a private loft with views.

Main Hale on Ohia Malu Sanctuary in South Kona

We are on the South side of Kona, nestled on a 5 acre retreat. Most of the 5 acres have an Ohia forest with native birds singing. We are close to great beaches, snorkeling, (Best Snorkeling on the Island) kayaking, paddle boarding, hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and much more. The Cottages At Volcano - Hale Alala

Surrounded by the rainforest of Volcano and situated just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, our cozy cottage offers a welcoming place for some rest and relaxation between adventures. Hale 'Alalā is named after the highly endangered hawaiian crow whose reintroduction efforts have been focused on the forests around Volcano. While there are no longer any Alalā living in the wild, you can see a pair of live Alalā just down the road at the Panaewa Zoo (free admission).
