Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Jolee Cottage, near Newport, Narragansett, Beaches

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Cozy All Season Cabin Near Beach at Rockbriar Farm

Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Waterfront Studio, 10 min to Downtown Providence

Enjoy your own waterfront retreat in this beautifully renovated, professionally cleaned boathouse down a private drive in a quiet, former estate. This hideaway is just 10 minutes to downtown Providence and the colleges and a short, 10-minute picturesque walk to historic Pawtuxet Village for shopping and dining. Enjoy the private deck, full kitchen, king size bed, washer, dryer, and plenty of space for relaxing or working. Note: This space is not suitable for children or infants.

Enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to historic Water Street and the quaint downtown. Great small town shopping at numerous antique shops, artists studios and a wide selection of restaurants. Stroll to Warren Beach and enjoy the day with the family, ending with a beautiful sunset. A scenic bike path runs from Providence to Bristol, RI. Easy access to the highway. 20 minutes to Providence, 35 minutes to Newport, 1 -1/2 hrs. to Cape Cod.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
