This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.

Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Old world charm with a Cuban theme. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.
