Enjoy a true Vermont getaway at this relaxing location. Close proximity to endless restaurants and shopping in Burlington, VT only a 25 minute drive away. Spacious beach, although not ideal for swimming we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities! Perfect for a family or a couple.

Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. We do have a very strict NO PET policy. The islands are accessible by road from the VT side and either bridge or ferry from NY. Please read the full description about the rental prior to booking.

This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Come bring the whole family to enjoy our new home centrally located in South Hero. Bright open floor plan with new amenities. Property is on over an acre with our own mini orchard that includes apple, pear & cherry trees. Our home is next to our cottage which can also be rented on Airbnb. Bring your paddle-boards or kayaks to a short walk with lake access. Please note not for swimming. Walk Score 95: short walk to Seb’s snack bar, Wally’s Bagels or Blue Paddle Bistro in less than 10 minutes.

Vancie's Cottage is a great example of the way life used to be. Simple, uncomplicated, everything right there in front of you at face value. This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

Waterfront Cottages at Wally’s Point

Ideal location in South Hero with direct lakeside access (Lake Champlain) with small beach. 30 mins to Burlington. Property has two lakeside cottages - both are included in rental. Studio only available through end of October. Large cottage: 2 bed, 2 bath, large living room, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6, with 2 people in the living room on pull out couch. Studio cottage: full kitchen, full bath, pull out couch which sleeps 2, washer and dryer. Both cottages have WiFi and smart TVs.
