Note: the dock will be out of the water on or before October 15th till ice off in the spring

It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.

If you enjoy snowmobiling or ATV/UTV rides, the Two Inlets Trail System literally starts at the end of the driveway! If you're into hiking, biking, or cross country skiing, Itasca State Park is only 15 miles away. Whatever you like to do, this place is for you (even if it's just relaxing by the fireplace)!
