Haven by the Beach Waterfront Fully Self Contained

This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

South Arm Waterfront Beach House, Beach Access

This comfortable, fully equipped holiday home boasts water frontage and magnificent views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington and is ideal for either short or long-term stays The house has four spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. There is also a large timber sundeck, with outdoor setting and BBQ, as well as undercover parking. Just 40 minutes from Hobart and 30 minutes from Hobart Airport, the house is only metres from the water and close to nearby shops, surf beaches and parks.

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. From your door walk to explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Take a breath and slow it right down. Frederick Lane is your cosy coastal escape, made for crisp winter days by the sea. Warm up in your private sauna, rinse off outdoors, and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Wander across the road to the beach, then come back and settle into the warmth. Move your body with quality workout gear, or unwind in the cosy courtyard, explore quiet trails and relax. Inside, a spacious kitchen and dining area await, plus smart TVs in both bedrooms for chilled nights in!

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Riverview Bungalow South Arm

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Orchards Nest - private, mineral hot tub w/ views

Getaway from the everyday and embrace relaxation. Nestled high on a hill overlooking glorious sunrises/sunsets, rolling green hills and orchards, blue skies and towering green gum trees. Friendly wildlife, twinkling stars and a custom made hot tub are yours when you stay here. Fall asleep on luxurious linen. Feel the quiet stillness of the surrounding Tasmanian bush. Pause from the race of life, rest, recharge, connect with nature and rejuvenate.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
