A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

The community is also famous for having featured in the very first Dr. Doolittles movie, filmed in the 1960's. Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for mordern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

The Lookout is perched high above the sea and surrounded by natural forests. Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
