(5) minutes walk to the main Supermarket Playero, the inter city bus station, restaurants , clubs, bars and pharmacy are steps away. The guest house is completely new and the main house gardens and pool have been completely renovated .

Casita Gaviota - (The Little Cottage)

We are so pleased to be offering for rental this renovated Casita (little cottage). Situated in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota, it is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with its own private bathroom and shower facilities. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda. It can be rented separately from the main villa. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.

Adorable bungalow with private entrance in a very famous gated villa community Residencial Hispaniola. Central, but very quiet location in a tropical garden. Walking distance to everything you may need - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Residencial has it's own restaurant, Hispaniola Diners Club, 24\7 security, tennis court and basketball court. The beautiful landscapes of Hispaniola are perfect for a lovely walk or a morning jog.

CASA MILO 200 meters from the beach

Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property. No backup generator.

Estamos ubicado a 5min del centro entre pueblo y naturaleza. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros y familias (con hijos).
