The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of an 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs that can be rented separately for those traveling together.
