A charming large cottage located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley on a working horse breeding farm. Only 2 miles from downtown Solvang, this adorable 2 bedroom house has a large bedroom suite with a cal king bed , a second bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and 2 sitting areas. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while BBQing. Very centrally located near a myriad of top restaurants, wine tasting, and tons of shopping.

Ballard Suite Spot

We are centrally located in downtown Ballard. Walk or bike to Lincourt, Rideau, Buttonwood, and more. The town of Los Olivos is approx. 2 miles away, a nice, easy bike ride or a short drive. Take a moment to view our posted guidebook for several local dining options, and Bob's Well Bread is within walking distance for breakfast or lunch (open Thurs thru Monday). And of course, we're happy to make recommendations for dining options upon request.

The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses!

The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.
