Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Step outside to enjoy the stars, campfire, an outdoor shower, and friendly farm animals—all just a short drive from Lompoc, the beach, flower fields, and wine country.

Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Sid by the pond and relax and sip local wines on the pier admiring the view. At the end of the day cook up delicious meals while taking in the gorgeous sunsets from the wrap-around deck. Please note: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site.

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am.
