No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Great city location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Kenai River. This house is just steps from Central Peninsula General Hospital, and the public library. There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom/office has a single bed.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
